Riley Keough’s name landed in court paperwork this week. According to documents obtained by Page Six on December 17, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley is claiming Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest child, Ben.
The allegation comes from Brigitte Kruse, who filed an amended lawsuit tied to an ongoing estate dispute. In the filing, Kruse claims that John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston used Keough’s eggs to conceive Ben, who was born in 2010. Keough is now 36. Ben is 15.
The document goes further. Kruse alleges Keough received between $10,000 and $20,000 plus an old Jaguar as part of the agreement. That detail alone sent eyebrows north. Cars rarely show up in legal filings unless things are already sideways.
There’s more. The lawsuit claims Lisa Marie Presley initially offered her own eggs, then withdrew. Kruse alleges concerns about Lisa Marie’s past drug use led Travolta and Preston to look elsewhere, landing on her daughter instead. No medical records. No contracts included. Just claims in a civil filing tied to a separate dispute.

That dispute matters. The amended lawsuit was originally filed by Kruse and Kevin Fialko against Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, Priscilla Presley’s son, over an alleged breach of contract. According to the filing, tensions escalated after Lisa Marie Presley’s death in January 2023, with the Presley family allegedly pushing for control of the estate and payouts while using Kruse and Fialko as intermediaries.
Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, shut the whole thing down fast. Speaking to Us Weekly, he said, “Kruse has demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.” He followed that with, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. They are shameful.”
Neither Keough nor Travolta’s reps have commented. Travolta, now 71, is father to three children with Preston: the late Jett, daughter Ella Bleu, 25, and Ben. Preston died in July 2020 after battling breast cancer.
Right now, this Riley Keough x John Travolta story lives on paper, not proof. Court filings can accuse. They don’t confirm. And until someone backs this up with evidence, it stays exactly where it started. Inside a lawsuit.
