On TikTok, Dr. Ramtin Kassir echoed the same points, noting that her brows seemed higher with more visible space between the eyelashes and brows. He suspected an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. “Did she really need to do anything?” he asked, though he also admitted it’s her face, her choice. Fans online weren’t as careful with their words. Some thought she looked “absolutely gorgeous,” others swore her “whole new face” looked stretched, and a few were convinced the pictures from Paris Fashion Week, especially ones of her sitting next to BLACKPINK’s Lisa, were AI.
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Babak Dadvand went into even more detail in an interview with The U.S. Sun. He speculated that Emma Stone underwent plastic surgery – a brow lift, upper eyelid surgery, and lower eyelid surgery. “The shape and position of her eyebrows are more elevated than in older photos,” he explained. He also pointed out that her upper eyelid crease is now visible, where excess skin once hid it, and that the bags under her eyes seemed to vanish. “The work was performed well and she looks natural.” He even added that this type of surgery could help her land younger roles. Still, he reminded everyone, “Gravity and time are undefeated.”
