The Real Housewives of Potomac reality star found herself trapped in quite a conundrum when her house was robbed in April of 2024. However, as we now know, it was all a ploy to collect a hefty insurance payout. Osefo and her husband, Eddie, were arrested on 16 felony insurance fraud charges on October 10, though fans had been speculating about the crime for quite some time.
Sean “Diddy” Combs
The Diddy Saga continues to be at the forefront of the internet discourse. However, on October 3, the story seems to have reached its conclusion, with the star finally sentenced to 50 months (over 4 years) in federal prison for two counts of transportation for prostitution, following his summer trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges tied to his infamous “Diddy Parties.”
Jojo Siwa
In a rather surreal moment, Jojo Siwa stopped one of her concerts in Glasgow to kick out two fans from the crowd. Their crime? Wearing hoodies that had Jojo’s face photoshopped onto an egg, allegedly making fun of the singer’s hairline. One of the fans has since spoken out about the incident, saying that she and her friend were just using the “first picture” of the singer they found online.
Tyrese Gibson
Actor and singer Tyrese Gibson, from Fast and Furious fame, was briefly placed under arrest on October 3, when police raided his Atlanta mansion and detained his 90-year-old grandmother during a search linked to his Cane Corso dogs allegedly escaping and killing a neighbor’s pet back in September. He has since been released on bond.
Cardi B
Rapper Cardi B shocked her fans as she continued her online feud with fellow singer Nicki Minaj. In the first days of October, Cardi became a trending topic on X due to her tasteless posts about Nicki’s son, calling him mentally handicapped, after Nicki had already insulted Cardi’s daughter, Kulture.
Jared Leto
Back in 2022, Jared Leto became an internet meme due to the comically misguided flop that was Morbius. Now, Leto might have surpassed himself with Tron: Ares. The film made only $14.3 million on its opening day, compared to Morbius’ $17.1 million. Leto began trending again, with fans referring to the new Tron as a spiritual successor to Morbius.

The speculation surrounding the singer’s possible involvement in the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez continues. Even his most ardent fans are convinced the rapper was at least in the know about Celeste’s death, and his transferring two property ownerships to his mother amid the ongoing murder probe hasn’t done wonders for his reputation.
